Here we post all Koi available for online sale. We offer Pond Packs for those wanting more than one Koi, as well as individual Koi for sale. All of our single Koi photos show the exact Koi you will receive. Our Pond Pack photos are representative photos of the types and quality of Koi you will receive. All Pond Packs include longfin Koi, when available, at no extra cost. You can view a larger photo of any of our Koi simply by clicking on the photo. None of our photos are color enhanced in any way. You get exactly what you see. Replacement or Refund Policy 

We have no control over shippers or their employees and advise our customers to inspect their shipments before leaving the airline facility. Although it is very rare, in the case of any DOA, we must be contacted immediately after the shipment is received via our toll-free number or by e-mail. Do not open the shipping bag containing the Koi. This will void your claim. We also ask that you advise an airline representative of the problem so that it can be annotated on your airbill. Be aware that every shipment that is picked up from Southwest Airlines is recorded by the exact time it is picked up. We will not accept any claims for replacement or refund once the customer has left the airline facility with the shipment and there is a known problem. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Once proof of DOA is provided by photographs and a valid airbill stating DOA, the customer has the choice of a refund minus shipping costs, or replacement of the Koi in which case there will be additional shipping fees. All shipments are fully insured and any claims on shipments resulting in DOA that are the fault of the shipper such as lost or seriously delayed shipments must be processed through Southwest Airlines. These policies are for the protection of not only our honest customers, but our company as well and we do everything possible to make sure our customers are happy with their order each and every time. Our Guarantee

All of our Koi are quarantined and guaranteed to be alive and healthy upon arrival to our customers. Each and every Koi that leaves our facility is inspected before packing and shipping. This ensures that you will receive a shipment of only the highest-quality Koi that we have available. From our A Grade to our AAA Grade Koi, we grade each Koi with only the highest standard in mind.

 

Shipping

All shipping is through Southwest Airlines to the local airport of your choice free of charge. Orders are shipped Wednesday of each week, excluding holidays, and arrive on the same day they are shipped. When ordering, please advise us of your choice of airport to receive your shipment. Within 48 hours of your shipment being sent you will receive your airbill number and all flight information. Please ensure you can pickup your order in a timely manner to reduce stress on your Koi.
