Here we post all Koi available for online sale. We offer Pond Packs for those wanting more than one Koi, as well as individual Koi for sale. Our Pond Pack photos will show a representative photo of the Koi you will receive. Our individual Koi photos show the exact Koi you will receive. To view specific Koi, simply click on the photograph or Koi name and a new page will appear. Next, click on "View Product Images" located under the small Koi photo to show the large photo. None of our photos are color enhanced in any way. We only crop the photos to make them small enough to post on our site. FREE SHIPPING!!!

All Koi are shipped through FedEx Standard Overnight to your door. Koi are shipped on Wednesday of each week, excluding holidays. We require three full days to properly prepare your order for shipping. If your order is placed one or two days before the Wednesday shipping day, it will be shipped the following Wednesday. ALL KOI ARE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE. Our Koi are shipped in a double walled, styrofoam lined box and double bagged in oxygen along with ice packs when needed. We do not offer 2nd day shipping options for Koi. Although we have seen this on other websites and some customers have requested it, this is very stressful on the Koi, especially during the summer months.

Although DOA is a rarity at Ayers Family Koi Farm, if this does occur the customer must contact us immediately upon receipt of the shipment with no exceptions. We recommend that the customer open their shipment while the FedEx driver is present. Upon contacting us, the customer will be required to provide a photo of the Koi with the tail removed. After proof of DOA has been received, we will either ship another comparable Koi chosen by the customer, or we will refund the cost of the Koi, whichever the customer prefers.
